Enjoy the Sim City franchise? Love CityVille? Well, you'll definitely love this. Though this has a closer resemblance to Sim City because of the resources that you'll have to gather. For once I actually won't bitch about the Premium Currency since this is how it is and there is nothing we can do about it. This is Capitalism for you.
Anyway, if you love City Stimulation, this game is perfect in the sense that it has high-quality graphics, which I'm sure the developers spend most of their budget on... as well as a wide plethora of buildings, attractions as well as the most hated, Land Expansions...
In Cityville, we used to loathe this because in addition to spending money you'll need to gather permits which sucks if you have no friends. It's the same with this, you'll need documents to expand. Or spend money on Megabucks, your choice. Though after this mod, you wouldn't need to worry about this and you can just happily expand into the end of the world (Megapolis World... that is.)
